Our return and refund guidelines for digital products

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at XITBD. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive experience with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

All products sold on XITBD are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Product Not Delivered: If you did not receive the digital product after a confirmed payment and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours.
  • Major Defects: If the product has a significant defect or bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Not As Described: If the product is materially different from its description on the product page, and the discrepancy significantly impacts the product's intended use.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, a refund will be issued for the duplicate purchase.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the product (we offer support to help you)
  • The product works as described but doesn't meet your subjective expectations
  • You purchased the wrong product without contacting us first
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our terms
  • The product has been downloaded and used extensively
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our support team through the Contact page on our website.
Step 2: Provide your order number, email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
Step 3: Include any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your claim (especially for defect or "not as described" claims).
Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
  • For manual payment methods (bank transfer, mobile banking), refunds will be processed to your provided account within 5-7 business days.
  • For automated payment gateways, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund. This applies when:

  • You have used or benefited from the product partially before requesting a refund.
  • Only a portion of a bundled product is defective or not as described.
  • A reasonable resolution (such as a replacement product or store credit) has been offered but declined.

7. STORE CREDIT

As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer store credit that can be used toward future purchases on XITBD. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any product on our platform.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being suspended and future purchases being restricted.

9. LICENSE REVOCATION

Please note that if a refund is issued (full or partial), the associated product license will be revoked immediately. You must cease using the product and delete all copies from your systems.

Continued use of a refunded product constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
